FOUNDATION FORMS
Our wooden foundation forms are faced with 3/8" plywood and backed with 1-1/4" x 2-1/2" lumber; they are nailed and stapled for extra strength. These lightweight economical forms are ideal for residential foundations and curb & gutter applications. They are available in 12", 16" and 24" widths; all panels are 16' long.
